How to use ceramic filter ring

Cleaning the ceramic ring: 

Before using the ceramic ring for the first time, it is necessary to clean it several times with water to completely remove any dust and impurities from its surface.  For daily maintenance, it is recommended to remove the ceramic ring for cleaning once a month, soak it in warm water, and then rinse it with running water.

Installing ceramic rings: 

Place the cleaned ceramic rings evenly into the filter basket of the filter, ensuring they are not packed too densely to maintain a smooth water flow.

Adjusting the filter water flow: 

After setting up a new fish tank or replacing the ceramic ring in the fish tank filter, it is necessary to adjust the water flow appropriately to control the speed and ensure the filter operates effectively.  Typically, the correct water flow can be gauged based on the tank's water volume and the number of fish it contains.
